We have a few different ways to gift with Personal Greetings. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

PRE-ASSEMBLED GIFTS

We have a handful of gifts that you can buy directly from our website. Some have minimums and some do not! We tried to make sure we had a little of everything in that section. If you have any questions about the offerings, please don’t hesitate to let us know!

What types of products do you carry?
We have access to over thousands of products. Feel free to ask us for anything! Our clients come to us with ideas and we find something that will suit their specific need. We also are great at coming up with ideas for you!
What happens if I want something in my gift that I don't see on the website?
Let us know what it is and we will see if we can work our magic to get it for you!
Do you deliver?
We do deliver! In fact, we love to deliver our gifts so we can make sure that it is all perfect and you are completely satisfied! We will deliver within the Kansas City Metro Area for a flat fee of $50. If the delivery is father away, we will let you know what the cost is on a case-by-case basis.
How do I pay my bill?
All items purchased on the website can be paid for with Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay for your items. For anything custom, Personal Greetings accepts all major credit cards as well as checks.
What if I want something personalized?
Because we also are a promotional products company, we have access to many different items that can be personalized. There are minimums that will apply and also art fees but we would be happy to discuss that with you!
Do you have a return policy?
Because every gift that leaves our office is hand created and put together for you, all sales are final.
Create Your Own Gifts
We have a 24 piece minimum and $1000 total cost for our create your own gifts. We also add a 15% fee on your gifting total for production. There are times where we can work with you if you need less that that so contact us with your needs and we will do our best to take care of you! Email us at orders@pgreetings.com
How long will it take to get my order?
That really depends on what you have ordered. We will work with you and your timeline to ensure you are taken care of. We will be very honest with you if your timeline will work with your request. Typically, if we are ordering things domestically, it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to get your order to you for anything custom. However, there are always exceptions and it is not uncommon to get an order placed and in your hands in a few days if you need it. We will bend over backwards to give you exactly what you what, exactly when you want it!
What sets you apart from your competitors?
One of the many reasons is that our customer service is unmatched. Exceptional service is what we do best. If you ask, we are going to do everything in our power to deliver! We will deliver last minute gifts to your house, work with you on weekends and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of in every way. We will custom create marketing or service award programs. We will work directly with you and promise not to share your ideas or successful programs with your competitors. Making you stand out is our highest priority. We will work with you to custom create a one of a kind gift or promotional product. In addition, our packaging is outstanding. That alone sets us apart from our competitors. Each bow is hand made and each package is hand wrapped!
Do you ship your gifts?
We do! In fact, we have shipped products internationally! Shipping costs are determined by the specific items and gifts chosen. Shipping is always billed as incurred. For all our shipped gifts, we recommend no glassware or beverages as it increases the weight and cost and they could break during transit. Since we can’t be with your package the whole way to ensure it is handled properly, we recommend skipping those items!
